Foundation Services

  • Clear the construction site of any debris, vegetation, or obstacles.
  • Excavate the soil to the required depth to accommodate the foundation.
  • Use surveying tools to mark the layout and dimensions of the foundation on the ground.
  • Confirm that the layout aligns with the architectural plans and local building codes.
  • Dig the foundation trench according to the approved design and dimensions.
  • Create a level and firm base for the foundation.
  • Construct forms or molds to define the shape and dimensions of the foundation.
  • Ensure that the forms are properly aligned, secured, and leveled.
  • Install reinforcing steel bars (rebar) for added strength.
  • Pour concrete into the trench to create footings, which distribute the load of the structure and prevent settling.
  • Consolidate the concrete to remove air bubbles and achieve proper compaction.
  • Allow the concrete to cure for a specified period to achieve its desired strength.
  • Protect the curing concrete from extreme weather conditions that could impact the curing process.
  • Backfill the excavated area around the foundation once the concrete has cured.
  • Compact the soil to prevent settling.
